Mr. Solomon, an IT veteran with 25 years of experience, has successfully implemented ERP systems for various clients. With his extensive consulting background and deep understanding of staffing companies, he founded Solomons International. Through dedication, innovation, and a customer-centric approach, he has consistently doubled revenues annually.
Aruna Athota
Vice President, Operations
Aruna worked as an Account Manager with large Staffing firms and managed multiple high profile accounts. She has Bachelor’s degrees in Science and Business Computing and a Master’s degree in Literature. She handles client and candidate management and instrumental in incorporating best-in-class recruiting processes at Solomons International.
Elif Smith
Director, Canada Operations
Ms. Smith, with 30 years in IT and 20 years as a Senior Project Manager, has worked in large public and commercial organizations. She understands IT as a business partner and service provider, offering guidance to clients and candidates. Elif has been key in establishing and running Solomons International’s Canadian operations.
Tom Vamsi
Director, India Operations
Tom Vamshi heads operations of Solomons sister company in India. Tom has been with the firm since it’s inception and is instrumental in success of off-shore support model. Tom holds a Masters degree in Computer Applications and has 15 years of rich IT staffing experience. Tom is very customer-centric and provides excellent support to our customers and clients.
